Slept through it.
Was in my senior year of college.
Woke up around 10:45 AM after both towers had already fallen.
Had a massive hangover. I drank at the bar the night before. It was 50 cent tequila shots (Monday night special).

I was a breaking news junkie at the time. I actually liked CNN back then, before I was woke. At the bar they had a TV on. I was watching the news story about Ahmed Shah Masood being assassinated by Al Qaida in Afghanistan. He was the main enemy of the Taliban. I wondered if Bin Ladin was doing this to protect himself for a coming attack on America. I was expecting a nuclear attack.
