All sound seems to "drown out" during strange events or unusual phenomena happening around us... What I found with myself was that it feels like my "ear tuners" (hearing) were turned down/off and time seems to just slow down or stop altogether... I feel this buzzing or humming vibration through me instead of hearing it... Very odd you brought that up...I was just thinking about this, this morning...  You're welcome. During UFO sighting you feel as if time has slowed down or stopped completely. It's because UFOs warp spacetime.
