Its apparently now going to the Supreme Court on Tuesday and I doubt anything will happen before then.
First time ever it seems that the Queen's use of her royal prerogative to prorogue parliament - something - which has been done annually for her Queens Speech for decades but which hasn't happened now for two years since 2017.
Queen Elizabeth I wouldnt have put up with that!!
