Makes you wonder why this challenge was not made in England, does Scottish law have any jurisdiction in England?
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77959870 @tnewtondunn 21m21 minutes ago Activists who brought the case, including @JolyonMaugham, say they lodged it in the Scottish courts as England's High Court wasn't sitting in August. From what I just quickly read, (as I am not well read in these matters) that Parliamentary Law can overrule the Supreme court ruling, so here's hoping this is a possibility.
