Shave against the grain, which means pinching and pulling and dragging of the blade several times.

When it starts to grow back, it will itch like a mother fucker.

Smooth balls are best, and smell less.
Because most of you blokes don't wash properly, not 'the manly'/real men ones.....anyway....

Unfortunately the hair will grow back thicker.....so perhaps plucking or electrolesis would be better....
