That's cool. All of these companies should refuse to pay any sort of State tax on any sale or income.

The gun manufacturers have cut and dry legal case in federal court using the commerce clause as defense. Until the state outlaws ALL firearms and ammunition and makes their possession illegal the state is in violation of federal commerce law.
