A healthy diet...
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77843620 its hard with picky eaters. I do get them to eat mackerel about 3 times a week. All they like is fish or hamburgers. My kid is 5.5 and still a picky eater. The progressive multi made my kid actually get hungry. that's good to know! Mine can skip a whole day without wanting barely anything to eat.
