Everybody knew that the towers swayed with the wind... it was supposed to be a 'feature'. But any building that moves like that - is made to get old early. Planned obsolescence. Then go from there...  I suppose you are a structural engineer? No? Oh - well I am. And you have no clue what you are talking about. A building that high HAS TO sway with the wind a little bit otherwise the stresses at the base would be triple what they were. Make it too rigid and the stresses go way up. Please don't try to delve into areas that you don't know anything about. It makes you look more stupid than you already are.
