Mossad recruits posing as Israeli Art students, did the preparation work and placed some charges.
The construction companies and fireproofing contractors placed the other charges.
The Carlyle Group was the CIA umbrella corp who was paid to procure the necessary supplies.
CIA and MOSSAD WERE DIRECTED BY THEIR BOSSES THE CENTRAL BANKING CARTEL.
The cartel was created by Rothschild and they are headquartered in Tel A viv.

The contractors seen around the building just prior was the inspection team. There were old explosives in the basement and those weren't believed to be strong enough so they brought in more current explosives which turned the building into dust. The answer is several teams because there were multiple rounds of explosives planted. The students lived in the building and worked after hours. Doesn't work because there are obvious photos. Why take photos for one if That's what they were doing and secondly why aren't those people in custody? Until then, It's a hoax to cover something else. Like particle beams shot from satellites.
