I suffered from plantar faciitis for almost two years. The pain was pretty bad but I have never liked taking any medicine unless I am almost dying. I just powered through it. Stretching and better shoes with medical inserts finally has healed my feet about 90%

My body is real particular about unnatural stuff. Medicine and diet sweeteners make me real queasy. Prescription pain killers make me straight up vomit them up.

I remember one idiot I worked with years ago.

He said, "I'll take percs all day but I won't touch those oxy contins, too addictive."

I said, "dumbass it's the same thing except percs are worse for you due to the acetaminophen."

He didn't believe it.

He's probably hooked on methadone or Suboxone, standing in line every morning, by now.

Tylenol is really harsh on the liver. Accounts of death of a rugby player dying from Tylenol and drinking after a game over 20 yrs ago, no studies, unconfirmed, anecdotal.
