It’s because of yelling, talking too loud. They should just talk in normal voice and use the microphone. Amy Klobuchar used normal voice, was not shaky. Tulsi Gabbard also uses normal voice, not shaky.
Quoting: 3643297 Klobuchar has it. Or she has some sort of weird speech tick. Very odd. Something seems "off" about her. Something seems "off" about all of them. Perhaps but she's the sanest of them all so she is in last place of course. She was elected by Minnesotans, they are hardly a good gauge of "sanity" since they elected Omar.
