It’s because of yelling, talking too loud. They should just talk in normal voice and use the microphone. Amy Klobuchar used normal voice, was not shaky. Tulsi Gabbard also uses normal voice, not shaky.
Quoting: 3643297 Klobuchar has it. Or she has some sort of weird speech tick. Very odd. Klobuchar is just plain creepy when you watch her speak. It is hard to figure out who votes for these people after watching and listening to them speak?
