He's a big marshmallow, and I don't think he is going down alone. If he rolls over, he could take down most of the FBI upper management, and a lot of CIA and DOJ brass. I doubt the swamp would allow all the guilty parties to be arrested, because that would leave a clean, honest and functional department. That would certainly not be in the best interest of the powers that be. If all the criminals were arrested, the trend could expand to Congress, and all the others government agencies. My guess: I don’t think things can go too terribly deep. Any cases & convictions these fools ever touched would be challenged. Ramifications are too big. I think they know this - hence the arrogance. They may get popped on lesser charges outside of criminal cases they were involved in. Like McCabe’s current charge of lying. There will probably be a lot of leaking charges & restructuring of departments. Btw- I’m not cool with this

Now, let’s back up. As I reiterated in a column on Thursday, the criminal probe of McCabe stems, at least in part, from an investigation by Justice Department inspector general Michael Horowitz. That inquest centered on McCabe’s orchestration of a leak to the Wall Street Journal of investigative information — specifically, of the fact that the FBI was investigating the Clinton Foundation.
