Comparing the nutritional info on the reeces one, it doesn't seem too bad for fat levels. It's the other crap in it I'd avoid, the added palm oil and veg oils or cornstarch for instance. The fuel10k one (and many others here) have nothing added, except for the flavoured ones like chocolate one which has a bit of cocoa powder and salt. There are some very nice creamy and addictive nature ones. |

Well I got an urge at the supermarket last night and got a little Reeses tub because I've never tried it and I read it taste a little sweeter. There are some very nice creamy and addictive nature ones. almost all the popular brands have the palm oil in it. I usually just buy an all natural with only salt and peanuts. I've never seen the fuel brand here. I'm going to look into because I do use peanut butter regularly lately. grass fed sardines |
