Quoting: Anonymous Coward 76848615 I did this as I was working out and bulking. It worked but if I stop, I become fat and I'm sort of addicted to the chocolate flavour one now. I eat maybe 200g a day. I usually eat a little bit on crackers before a run. I suppose I could eat a little more than just a bit before running, at least until this Reese jar is empty. grass fed sardines |

Comparing the nutritional info on the reeces one, it doesn't seem too bad for fat levels. It's the other crap in it I'd avoid, the added palm oil and veg oils or cornstarch for instance. The fuel10k one (and many others here) have nothing added, except for the flavoured ones like chocolate one which has a bit of cocoa powder and salt. There are some very nice creamy and addictive nature ones. |

Sometimes I just crave a teaspoon and that satisfies my urge for 6 months. Well I got an urge at the supermarket last night and got a little Reeses tub because I've never tried it and I read it taste a little sweeter. Quoting: chasity OMG I've eaten 3 teaspoons since last night. 2 tablespoons is a serving so I'm doing good so far but I had no idea peanut butter could taste so good. What are your go to peanut butters so I can avoid them? I'm going to continue buying the nasty oily/dry natural kind so I don't find myself in this predicament again. I'm seriously not trying to binge on peanut butter but the Reeses is making it hard. Avoid Reeses , too much fructose Moderation on peanut butter , but avoid all brands with added sugar ! And I put it in smoothies and of course peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. I get the Whole Foods creamy unsweetened brand but I'm thinking of switching because if Amazon. I've never seen the fuel brand here. I'm going to look into because I do use peanut butter regularly lately. grass fed sardines |
