Quoting: TheBlands With regular playing cards (RPC), the ace of spades is as Death Card are you get. And of course it's usually not as dramatic as ones own, or another close person's death...it sure as hell CAN be! ANd often is a WARNING card. (eg, "stop doing drugs or you will die", etc). With RPC.....in real life....your personal death....IS the Ace of Spades....every time. Your ultimate ace of spades WILL occur at some point in the future. An old woman taught cards me when I was living in the Ozark Mountains of Arkansas. Interesting - I guess the other 22 had to go somewhere. The Aces in Tarot represent a mastery of all the lessons in the suit. Body, Mind, Emotion, Spirit. Body/material - Pentacles or Disks Mind - Swords Emotion - Hearts Spirit - Wands I wonder what that woman's ancestry was. Do you feel that you NEED to extra cards that are in the tarot deck in order to have the best readings? To me, everything and more is already in the RPC. --- whose ancestry? the OP's? Yes, I do like my deck. If I had learned as you did, I would feel I didn't need more. But now, since I have had more, I would feel cheated in "not playing with a full deck." The woman who taught you - wondering about her ancestry. Bet she learned from Gypsies. Not sure about her ancestry - she was white. She was part of the deep hillbilly culture of the Ozarks - they are very different from us. They lead simple lives but tap into very heavy religious stuff and are into natural stuff such as phases of the moon. :DOCSRBAFFLED::redblueLED::DONTBEAPANDEMICS: Only you can stop the fake pandemic for yourself, no one will ever tell you the pandemic is over. It's time to WIN. |

You should be finding that you have the knowledge, strength, and inspiration needed to meet your challenges. In general this is a very positive time for you. It is important to note though that to make the very most of this time you will need to do your part. Even though the Magician is a very positive card it is all about potential. If you are not busy weaving your own magick, you are trapped in anothers spell. “It’s time you realized that you have something in you more powerful and miraculous than the things that affect you and make you dance like a puppet.” – Marcus Aurelius |
