You are really a fucked up person. You are deliberately advocating the creation of a system - that is completely UNNECESSARY - that women and kids will not use out of fear. This is a brand new system in development. WHY would it be deemed necessary to have only ONE changing area in violation of all our cultural norms? WHY? Why not just have the usual Men, Women, and maybe OTHER for the nuts who can't figure out what they are? Why do WE have to change?

If they would lock up the pervs, I'd be a lot cooler with this, but they don't; they throw parades for them now, and don't kid yourself. They are building this pool the way they're building it to placate the pervs.

This is not like a random school shooting or a random teacher raping a child. Those things are incidental to normal life. This is intentionally putting people at risk for no reason other than a social agenda. They don't HAVE to have one bathroom in which everyone changes. They could easily put in separate bathrooms for men and women, and even a third one for the alphabet people. Any woman or child who gets raped or assaulted in that bathroom will be on the heads of the organization that built it.

FWIW ... There is no need to spend the extra money for individual changing rooms in such a facility, that would cost more, a LOT MORE, than just having two separate changing rooms to begin with. That would be "government waste", which of course everyone agrees should be avoided if at all possible.

That's not an answer. I asked you WHY we should change. NO ONE WANTS THIS. You could go to every city and town in the county and the overwhelming - OVERWHELMING - number of people would say no to this. I'm sure that's the same in Canada and the US.

So WHO WANTS THIS - and WHY should this change be done? This is not INEVITABLE. This is change that is being BROUGHT ABOUT by the people planning this building. WHY ARE THEY DOING THIS?

Why not just have 3 changing areas - Men, Women and Other/Family/LGBTQXYZ or whatever?

But instead they're trying to force everyone into a common area. It's a deliberate choice on the part of the developers. One wonders how much more of this we'll see. Women and kids could really become marginalized if this increases.

Because that's the next logical step. They got transes in women's bathrooms and changing rooms at a good number of places, but we all knew it wouldn't stop there. Their "social justice" doesn't have an end goal other than constant change for change's sake. Once these bathrooms have been accepted, the next move with be to take down the stall doors. They've already got three open showers to ease the transition.
