Guess the unions didn't learn shit the first time around. Fate whispers to the warrior "You cannot withstand the storm" the warrior whispers back "I am the storm" INTJ-A |

Ya' gotta' love the audacity! On the news when they reported that the workers were striking for better wages and health care, they immediately followed up by stating the payscale of these poor unfortunates ranges from $42,000-99,000 per year. But, they still can't seem to manage their money, or their lives? The cars they drive can't be the reason, since GM gives hefty employee discounts to the people on the lines that build them.... unless they don't trust their own work! Is this some form of mind control? Propaganda? I mean how can u strike over this? Anonymous Coward User ID: 75007266 United States 09/16/2019 08:24 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I've been in most of the GM assembly plants in the USA, Canada and Mexico. The uaw deserve to be broken. Lock them out and bring in people who want to work. That Lordstown plant was the worst of what's left of GM. When they launched their last new product GM had to ship cars all over because they needed rework. Seems the use doesn't do well with change. Don't buy an early built 2018 Cruz. Take my word for that. I met a uaw man at Flint truck assembly, he had been fired four times. The last time the police arrested him for drugs in the plant parking lot. That burnout doper got his job back every time. The last time it took two years and was part of the local contract ratification. There are some good folks on the assembly line but the uaw does nothing for them. The lazy, drunk or drug addled get protected. Not to mention some of those plant rats are just crazy. |

Try working with one, they are worse than the Mafia. This comes from experience. |
