My daughters both swim in that river, it could have been either one of them. I'm blessed and thankful. That's why we only swim in clean chlorinated pools!! Smart. It's really the only safe way now. When I lived in NE Florida I stopped body surfing in the ocean because I watched a 6 foot shark swimming in a wave just before I went in. Cape Cod is now infested with Great Whites and you can't go in above your knees. I stay out of lakes and rivers where I live now because when it gets hot, stuff breeds in them. Pools or decks with cold beverages for us now. |

I've pulled snapping turtles out of creeks and ponds so large they couldn't fit in a grass sack...no way in hell I'm swimming with anything that can eat me... I never forgive and I never forget I am a licensed firearm holder. I will, under protection of law, use lethal force if attacked.  |

UV light, but you still have to "shock" it from time to time with chemicals like chlorine... I never forgive and I never forget I am a licensed firearm holder. I will, under protection of law, use lethal force if attacked. |
