Seriously though, from what I read in an article in the Dallas Morning paper over the weekend North Texas is in a moderate drought. Seeing the plant life in my area I concur. Pass the rain, Houston! We need the rain here in North Texas at least.

they will attack him, saying,

Nah. The mountains would take most of the rain. Just speed over South Texas and park it over North Texas for a couple of days. That should be a major help. With all of these amazing advances in the planetary geoengineering of the Earth this shouldn't be too difficult to achieve.

Huh... looks like it'll wind up forming into a decent tropical storm but continue into eastern Mexico and it's part of the Rockies then be summarily shredded to death. Not bad. Though apparently for much of the South and Southwest we're forecasted till mid next month to retain our high temperatures and very little rainfall, if any. That's what I read in the Dallas Morning newspaper last night anyways.
