We havent even had to the technology to make the determination this achieved cat 5 in such a short span in the middle of the atlantic until the past 10-15 years or so. The same goes for Particia-- exact same scenario. I say that as in how many other hurricane seasons prior to 2000 where cat 5's existed and technology did not allow us to capture it? in 1935, the only reason why we even know that Cat5 hit the keys is because someone happened to be out there with a barometer and captured it. All I am saying is that nothing unusual is occuring here. This will hit the UK area as a strong extratropixal storm just like all the others storms when they get up in the westerlies from the northern latitude. Quoting: MaximusRex My friend, i don't agree with you... this time. First it's the strongest ever hurricane in this area and no model show it go to Cat 5! And i didn't saw anywere it's cat 3 now... and he didn't arrived yet to the most favorable water area. Luisport.. this area didnt even have technology to determine hourly intensification until about 15 years ago. It was purely detected by T numbers which where inaccurate and infrequent with satellite over eastern Atlantic until 10 years ago. Why do you think there have been stronger storms here? Because technology to capture it. Trust me the storm is on the down turn and discussion even said intensity at 5am was overly generous. You must realize like patricia, these storm RIed and back down so fast that beyond 15 years ago this would never be captured. Like 1935 labor day storm.. they only even knew patricia was 200mph because a sensor happened to be there. All I'm saying there have been storms there like this before just we didnt have the tech to capture it. Hell beyond 50 years we wouldn't have even known there was a hurricane there unless a ship passed by because no satellites. So how do you know alleged cat 5 storms existed in such locations at where we see Lorenzo, if there was no sufficient tech to record it? The answer is you can't determine that and so what we're seeing now with Lorenzo in this location could very well be unprecedented in human's entire time on earth. It would certainly fit with the global warming trend that we see going on. |

You said what is happening 'nothing unusual' but yet have no proof to back up your claim. |

It's because of the MAGNETIC SHIFT. The magnetosphere is weakening. The weaker the magnetosphere the more buoyant the magma is. What we need to do is create MORE Co2 to kick the ice age can down the road for as long as possible. Your problem is you watch tv and consider it your educator. Ice core samples say we're due for a cyclical ice age. Pollen samples say we're due for a cyclical ice age. Tree ring samples say we're due for a cyclical ice age. Gee, are we due for a cyclical ice age typically preceded with wildly fluctuating weather? The only thing keeping us from being in an ice age is about 4 degrees F and more moisture in the atmosphere. How would more moisture get into the atmosphere? By heightened evaporation from underwater volcanoes from a magnetic shift. Nature doesn't lie. We'll get gales around our coasts, nothing unusual. The colder Waters will make this a normal low pressure system. @MAX_crazystorm Seguir Seguir @MAX_crazystorm Mais ECM model brings EX Lorenzo into the west coast Ireland with gusts in excess of 170kph ( 105 mph ). this needs watching. @hurricanetrack |
