I just looked at the weather radar feature on Windy, and noticed this. Any ideas as to what that is?

I know. I checked there first after seeing it on Windy. Also checked here. [link to www.wjhg.com (secure)] Nothing. These sites filter the radar heavily before displaying, though. Windy does not. It displays more raw data.
