The only thing constant about Earth's climate is change. It has always changed, and it will always change. Regardless of how much it changes, we will survive, as a species. Dinosaurs survived for millions of years, and they didn't have technology to protect themselves from climate change. I think we can handle it. If it gets real bad, maybe the progressive snowflakes will all be victims of an extinction event.

By the way, I wouldn't worry too much about global warming. Actual data shows there hasn't been any in at least 14 years and possibly as long as 80 years. If you want to worry about climate change, you should be more worried about the possibility of another ice age. The cooling has started, and nobody can guess how cool it will get. The planet is due for another cold spell, and it could be here in the next 100 years.

The world should sue Al Gore.

You cannot have an ice age without immense heat sufficient to evaporate the oceans. Hint: it's cyclic and caused when our sun undergoes its periodic nova flash event.
