That's mid Gen X. I'm 10 years younger and early Gen X. More of a Xennial. I never really fit in with grumpy-ass Gen X and I think these kids are alright.

You can get into local politics. At 25, you can serve in Congress. Guess what, you will need the backing of boomers to do that. How do you do that? You join a party and begin talking to civic groups. Do you know what those are? You go to State fairs. You start participating in the community. I hope that you can make this country a better place.

WWII ended 1945 - boomers were born after WWII, and for the next 20 years .. 1965 is the beginning of the x gen, and then the Y gen aka Millinials start in 1985 and starting in 2005 the Z gen started

There is a big difference between early boomers and late boomers. The early boomers were the ones that got sent to Vietnam, were JFK truthers, they stood for free speech, equality and gave us some of the most important inventions and art that changed the world. The late boomers are the ones that got messed up on dope, sex and hippie communes. They were hippies because it was the "cool" thing to do, and when the fad was over they became what they said they hated. They are also known as the ME generation. Lots of them never grew up. Late boomers are the ones born after 1955. A bunch of total fucktards most of them, but you really can't judge a whole generation, just trends. There are fucktards in every generation.

As a boomer I would like to say this, we were raised to go to church every Sunday. We suffered physical punishment if we disobeyed our parents. Family abuse was kept secret. A lot of things were kept secret. TV was heavily censored. 4 letter words could not be uttered nor was there nudity.

Our generation was not wide open like the present one is.

They taught us to love everyone then they sent us to war, a political war we were not allowed to win.
