Did it happen slowly over time, hereditary? or Heat stroke. Did you take drugs when you were younger and have a bad trip. Or traumatic brain injury from an accident? Can you actually recognize how different you are from other people? He was born this way and here is nothing wrong with it since he is harmless really. I don't think he was born that way. Too in coherent and delusional. If he was like that as a child, he never would have been able to learn to read and write. Kind of curious if his illness was sudden or manifested slowly over time.
