Been doing intermittent fasting for the last 2 months. I feel very, very good.

There is something about fasting.
In my 20's I took it to the extreme. I wanted to be like all the Adepts.

You should always greet the Sunrise with force.
Not because it means a single thing.
It sets the tone of your day.

Sunrise means renewal.
Go outside and breathe deeply, and tosss everything from the week that was bad. It will be gone.

Looking back. If you do an extreme fast...you must prepare.

Go deep into the woods. Liquify with minerals. Take advantage of the transition from belly to mind. Let go of things. Be active. Don't think too much. Breathe deeply. etc...stay away from negative people
