look at bonds and inflation

if the the Fed wires money into our accounts, then expect Weimar, and China being very, very pissed.

The goal is to reduce the value of their holdings (treasuries)

Being a casual Caretaker/Gardener of an Orb is one thing, but uprooting billions of Souls is a Major Decision that could have major ripples throughout the Spiritual Universe.

An Orb upsetting by Itself poses no harm...its an atom...it is the Souls, and how they change history in the Universe. So placement is careful and precisioned.

100 billion Souls is nothing in the Scheme.
