I haven't read this book Alien Interview.
But I am wondering how it relates to Robery Monroe's Journeys out of the Body?
The only thing remotely similar is when he was out of body, he once saw people's sleeping spirits as grey blobs all watching something which was supposed to help them wake up spiritually. But they would probably forget it once awakened again in the physical.
Otherwise, his message seemed quite hopeful that we could emancipate ourselves, and start having oobes easily via sound frequencies.
