My record was 18 days with broth and water. I was very thin before the fast, but I survived it, while working. d You're not fasting the body...it is the body-mind. You disconnect the from the world, an connect to yourself. I still mini-fast, which is much better. I often go 20 hours without eating. If your mind health is toxic, then not eating cures it quickly.
