I understand what you mean, I've done this all... I sometimes question still, but deep down I know what I am I've always have known. Beings from other realms communicate with me and I know it's true. I hear the messages in my ears very clear, I see them in my vision. I always described my transformation like I am an onion, shedding to the layers to nothing I sat naked hunched while my ancestors danced around me and celebrated my surrender. it's not an easy path , learning to surrender was the hardest ... The energy running over my spine was one of those moments that freaked me out , because i didn't know what is all was , i've learned to balance the energies much better. I meditate , well calm my mind in my bath I sit in the dark the connection with water and the silence bring me in the zone and it is very easy for me to tune in on another frequency.They come and talk to me many different beings from different realms...Thanks for making this post. It gives me a lot of inspiration.
