not only do Our Benefactors have to contend with military scenarios like an intricate chessboard...they have to deal with the entire BIOLOGICAL CHAIN of the planet simultaneously.

This Event and its sub-events presages is much like a "Roll Event" compared to a Tsunami Event, where people wade into the crisis completely un-knowing.
