It is a sheer deception.
I would best describe it as "them" boarding the lifeboats, and them telling you to calm down, the ship is NOT sinking.

But they will not be the first to board any fleets.
Those underground cities will be akin to Azovstal, where they are smoked out.

They won't be coming out.
