The decision was made long ago. So, when the maelstrom hits, people will act innocent and untruthful, as if they are the "victim", when, in fact, they are the perpetrator.

God is truly Innocent, in the sense, that it's not tainted. It has no Pre-Suppositions or Conditions. In that, God is Unconditional Love in every sense. That is a very loaded statement, but it is literally true.
