If some Big Somebody is running the Show, then why does pain happen?

Why does he let these Astral Demons run amok?

God is an Understanding God.
The Heart is the Spirit.
You abide in the Heart.
The Heart abides in You.

No True God would ever rule a world.
If you are All, then ruling never enters your Mind.
