4. they are deterred by a stronger response/force

Traditionally the Hudna ceasefire is the time to reload for the final battle. The period is in 10 year increments. This is favorable in Allah's eyes as it allows the enemy (the US) time to regroup and gain experience and weapons so they aren't killed as sitting ducks.
