Just wanted to add about this statement. Of course the translation to English doesn't include the ideology points that are LAW in Islam, it's scrubbed clean to make it sound clinical. But essentially he is appeasing Saudi here and trying to join forces in his speech.

Under the rules of dar ul Islam there cannot be any non-Muslims in the Levant (Islamic Lands/Caliphate/57 OIC Countries). The ultimate goal is Global Domination, as laid out in Saudi's 2030 Vision Plan with Mecca as the Capitol of Asia, Africa and Europe.
