They may act.
Quoting: Adytum Saudi Arabia just got spanked hard by the Houthi. UAE is done and pulling out of Yemen. It now appears anyone with some cheap hardware from Best Buy can disable Saudi oil infrastructure. The "Kingdom" isn't in a position to do anything besides pray that the Houthi aren't planning a siege of Riyadh.
