This is how I rationalize it all:

Obviously there are major players involved, whole countries. It's not the Super Powers of Russia and the US, it's all the little players who want a seat at the Super Power Poker Table.

So we are headed toward the Tournament of Champions, high stakes. For this countries are cashing out and collecting their resources for the Big Game. Global Domination is at stake.

Russia = Head just above water position (bluff), will sit this one out.
US = invested globally, will play
China = low ball player
EU = Brexit changed things and advanced the rules for 2 seats
Africa = Only player to possibly sit is South Africa, and they closed their gold, diamond, and silver mines recently, sitting this one out.
India = dumbasses
South America = dumbasses
Islam = Wealthiest in the world, but no where to spend all that money, big player.

Profiles of the players is interesting too.

Half of them (cell phones not necessarily users, since a spam agency can have 40 phones per employee) were used to spam my 1 cell phone.

States will be responsible to continue testing, some can't afford it and will close down the Fed sites.

But what's really going on here?

They are pumping up the stock market for the middle upper to have some sort of assemblage of normal emotions. If the leaders, higher earners loose their shit, no one recovers. How many lower income earners over 30 years old step out of their dependence on leaders/bosses?
