Aramco full ownership is with Saudi Arabia. They would be the ones who would oppose the shipment of refined oil to Venezuela. US has no obligation to stop the shipment. However, the US will not allow Iran tankers near US Mainland or any monkey business with hidden missiles on those boats aimed at us.
