The longer you've been up; the easier it will be to get to sleep. Inactivity makes it hard to sleep with all that spare energy. Be active. Caffeine is stronger then you think. You might not think it does anything; but it's just enough to keep you from sleeping. No caffeine at least 6 hours before you plan to sleep. Off the shelf melatonin works. Take 1 10mg pill. Takes an hour before you start to notice tiredness. Then possibly take another one then to insure it will work. |

"E" as you are putting your head on the pillow" no cheating. and close your eyes as you try to go to sleep. If you find you are not gong to sleep right away, talk to FatherGod with lots of pleases and thank yous. It usually works for me. I pop 2 "E" gel caps and suddenly it is morning with the sun shining. However if there has been too much yelling and slapping as I try to get my feet under the blankets before Tom and Junior get to them, it maynot work. They for some time have been warring with my toes. So make sure you are calm and peaceful as you are getting into bed, and properly covered. Good luck and good night donot let the bed bugs bite. |

Reading my Bible with a bedside lamp on is also great |
