LOW or suboptimal cortisol will mess up your sleep wake cycles. Also avoid bright light after dark. Be in sunlight in the morning and during the day and in dim light ladder dark. Put low watt bulbs in your overhead lights and use bright lamps for daylight work. Stop work at z3pm and use the rest of the daylight to put away and clean up after yourself. |

I'm yawning already myself. I don't even know if this would work. Vid by Jordan Maxwell on the occult City of London. The OT has a list that is about 3 pages long that list the characteristics of the people that will die when Jesus returns. By the end you will be whimpering, 'All dead, . . . all dead.' and then sleep will take you. There may be a vivid dream, working on that. Last Edited by Wayfaring Stranger on 09/21/2019 11:43 PM |

User ID: 1360719 Canada 09/22/2019 12:04 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Darken your sleeping area. There are cells in your eyes that detect light, and if any light is around, even dim light, it sets them off and you won't be able to get to sleep. I had to take out my solar yard lights for this very reason. After two weeks of insomnia trouble, I remembered the problem with illumination, even in small amounts, causing insomnia, got up at 4 AM and pulled out all the lights... was asleep within just a few minutes! Anonymous Coward User ID: 72814125 United States 09/22/2019 12:37 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | 1st.. Recently I found a woman online who only slept 5 hours a week ! She had all sorts of medical problems and had tried everything I recommended.. Come to find out out she had LOW HISTAMINES... Researching ... NO ONE HAS LOW HISTAMINES ! It took me some time to even find a MD in Connecticut who treated such. Histamine levels impact your sleep. I had the opposite problem suddenly... As I could not stay awake. I had been taking Niacin.. increased the dosage to 300 mg 2x/day... and was sleeping 12 hours a day.. with 3-5 hour naps later... Humm... Then found out ... NIACIN impacts the brain and sleep via impacting Histamine levels. So 1st I recommend Niacin.. Next - Magnesium via Epsom Salt Baths.. 2 + cups in hot water for 35-40 minutes.. Then.. PHENIBUT - a GABA derative... which is the chemical that puts you to sleep. Search = Buy Phenibut.. to find an online supplier. 50 mg will last months... It calms the chatter... with no side effects or hangovers.. but you can only take it 2 times a week max. 1/8th rounded tsp puts me to sleep for 8 hours... 1/4 tsp and I sleep for 12 hours.. I hardly ever need it now... as it seemes to have reset my system. |

Better is to do yardwork for a few hours, then fetch groceries on your bicycle, then drink three beers. You will sleep before you even realize... Okay yeah, but what you are describing seems completely iompossible!!!! Are we there yet? I did a bit too much once and slept for 18 hours...who knows, maybe I needed it.
