Certainly Paul went to the Jeww first as salvation is to the Jeww first then the gentile but God blinded the Jeww to seeing Jesus that salvation could come to the gentile. As this 2000 year dispensation is the age of grace and is directed toward the gentile/bride. So Paul knew the salvation was to be sent to the Jeww first but he also knew they had blinders on and that his target audience was the gentile. Quoting: waterman We are "graffed INTO Israel".
