The logistics alone of collecting the millions of guns out there that don't meet 1994 specs would be impossible. Also, with a hacksaw and a screw you can make any AR15 compliant with the 94 ban in about 15 minutes, so it's not like an enactment of the 94 ban means all these guns are now illegal. Take off flash suppressor and Bayonetta lug, pin the stock, and you're good to go. |
