Melania Trump rings the NYSE Bell dressed in black, an omen or warning for Sept. 22, markets to take a fall in the fall?

Melania Trump took a bunch of UN school children to the New York Stock Exchange on September 22, 2019 to ring the opening bell on the first day of Autumn (“Fall”). But was it an alarm bell?

She wore a black dress. Most people do not realize how important symbolism is in high-level political and economic events. When we look at symbolism from a prophetic standpoint, we attempt to discern what God is doing through His use of symbolism, types, and shadows. But men do it in order to send covert messages.

In this case, Melania’s black dress at the Stock Exchange appears to indicate a “Black Fall” for the stock market. Recall “Black Thursday” in 1929 and “Black Monday” in 1987.

Under normal circumstances, one would think that she would dress in a bright sunny dress to ring the bell at the Stock Exchange. This would indicate a bright future, full of optimism for the economy. Instead, she wore black. What sort of message does that send? It was also the first day of “Fall,” as we call it, where the leaves “fall” and perhaps the markets as well.

Her light green dress at the state dinner for the Australian PM and his wife sent a very different message to the world. Everything was color coordinated with bright yellow flowers on the table to indicate a good relationship between the two countries.
