Then on Oct 3, Pluto goes direct, so we head toward that Saturn Pluto conjunction on Jan 11, 2020. Saturn Pluto conjunction in Capricorn means total government control. Chaos before that would give them the excuse. Look out for the new moon at the end of October. Wars tend to start on new moons, but I don't know which one they will choose.
Nov 9, Saturn crosses the 2nd house cusp in the Sibley chart. That's the money house. The US has been kicking the can down the road with the debt for a while. Saturn will fuck with that big time.
October does not look good, November looks worse, December even worse...then 2020 looks like a total surveillance state control crack down.
