It used to be illegal for a company to buy back its own stock.

Now it is legal again and its the only source of buying going on in the stock market.

They call it returning value to shareholders. (the rich get richer)

Those profits should be used as investments to spur innovation and to increase productivity.

I think you are right Slush fund money laundering. The CEO of eBay? How in the hell can they be bankrupt? All they do is collect a premium & provide a website. They must be laundering money. There's no way they are bankrupt. This premium goes directly to eBay, out of your pay. No way!
