So if I understand this kickback scam correctly, Biden, Kerry or some other connected political asshole, sends large sums of "financial aid" to Ukraine and then VOILA, their kids and friends get hired at Burisma (and probably other firms) for very large amounts of money and no experience.

So a job at Burisma is the KICK BACK for political financial favors.
