I am sorry to hear you are depressed. I was going to suggest you take a nice walk but, knowing where you live it might not be to peaceful. Grab your headphones and put on your favorite cd and listen away. Music always makes me feel better. I hope you feel better.

I have been depressed for over 5 years.
