TV providers?

So the crawl along the bottom of Fox says that Dish is about to drop them too. My home sports teams playing on Fox FSN1 this Saturday and Dish has dropped them. I need to quit Dish. Options are Hulu Live, Att Uverse, others? My download speed from dsl right now is about 7 mbps since I’m rural. I get over the air just fine for the few channels available there. Also would like a better news source. Suggestions?
