Love the criticisms from the veggie / vegans and the American Heart Association. Yeah, well that's what happens when you use "science" to push an agenda to try to drive social change... When new science contradicts your old science you based your whole worldview on... you have to retaliate, dismiss, call fake because your world falls apart.

of course it was!

humans evolved to eat meat, the only thing available to prehistoric man year-round.

berries in season, nuts in season to be gathered.... eggs when birds were nesting...

only meat is available year-round.

I will not debate this, but (I think some bible teachings suggest people did not eat meat until after the flood)

I have zero problem with people being vegan or vegetarian for religious or ethical reasons. But don't lie and push the rest of society around some narrative that eating meat causes cancer or heart disease. Don't use bad science to push social agendas.

What has never changed is each person must make the effort to engage in a balanced, OMNIVOROUS diet to achieve all 23 amino acids in their proper proportions.

Nobody ever implied to go off the deep end and go vegan or Keto, fasting or gorging. Common sense is just gone nowadayz.

It did change, sadly, with the realization that gluten in wheat has become a problem.

modern wheat has the same name as older varieties, but the gluten content has been manipulated through the roof, with many other changes to make wheat more profitable.

so eating barley rye oats or wheat (all gluten foods) is no longer healthy.

it is a shame what has become of our food. Grains are the newest addition to the human diet.... go back to nuts meats eggs fruits!

Don't listen to these people. Listen to your body.

These are the same people who told others to throw away butter, and eat a near plastic instead. We know that near plastic was many times worse than butter. They also suggested saccharine over sugar, eating a crapton of carbs, said coffee was bad -- oh! now good ...... on it goes.

Your body will tell you what you need if you learn to listen.

That is because they don’t get the beneficial bacteria from the birth canal. There are studies that say moms should smear vaginal fluids all over the c sectioned baby. I know it sounds gross but a natural born baby will have those secretions all over them anyway.

Actually, humans are designed as frugivores, biologically.

A frugivore /fruːdʒɪvɔːr/ is an animal that thrives mostly on raw fruits, succulent fruit-like vegetables, roots, shoots, nuts and seeds. It can be any type of herbivore or omnivore where fruit is a preferred food type.

Telling people not to eat meat is the same agenda driven science that pushes sex changes,Global climate change, carbon problems, and the spihere earth theory.

you should cook the red meat first that will lower the chance of bad bacteria considerably and proper cooking can make the meat a little more tender if you do it right.

Re: Eat Less Red Meat, Scientists Said. Now Some Believe That Was Bad Advice.
How much land do you have to plough over to to grow enough GMO soy to make veggie burgers and soy milk? How many animals are displaced to make room for these farms? What kind of chemical fertilizers and pesticides are used to ensure a good yield? How much processing does it take to turn those vegetable products into milk and meat substitutes? How much power is used to power the processing and packaging of these vegan products? What about the transportation of these products to market and the energy used to cook them? I would say it's more harmful to the environment than just letting cows graze until they are ready to be humanely killed, butchered and consumed. Anyone who thinks they are saving the planet by going vegan are just ignorant and lacking in common sense and reason. And now as I suspected, all those studies that said meat was bad for you weren't really true. It used to be that farms were mixed purpose. People grew a variety of crops and had livestock that produced milk, eggs, and manure to fertilize the crops. Farmers knew how to rotate crops to protect the soil. With the arrival of Monsanto and other huge agro corporations that sustainable farming ended and now they only grow one crop, which destroys the soil.

All scientists are full of shit that none of them can ever clarified the different between Son of Man and sons of Ape.

Even the Zionists got them by the bakls before they were born.

Son and daughter of Man should never eat meat for they are not carnivores apart from the sons and daughters of Ape who had been spliced by Martians and Monkeys for they are also Neanderthals and Homo Sapiens.

Son of Man are spacemen and soacewomen from another Suns that provide energies instead of getting energy from meats.

Fruits and Vegetables is the recommended supplement for the Son of Man marooned on this planet of the Ape just over 6000 years ago is the one who help built Atlantis.

Also sons and daughters of Ape are cannibals.

This is the truth.

No humans are not frugivores. There are not fruits in season year round in the northern climates of Europe, Asia and North America where humans have lived there for thousands of years. Inuit certainly were not eating a steady diet of fruit and most certainly not nuts which can't be had in the Arctic circle.

Not to mention the fact that most women spend their pregnancy laying around when they should be walking daily to help the process.

Vegan makes for dumb weak metro-sexuals, period.

If you are active you can eat most anything, eat a widely varied diet in reasonable portions.

A large study done last year the diet that won for health and strength was 5 pounds of bacon a week and eggs every day.

British military study, only those on a meat diet became stronger instead of weaker during long strenuous conditions.

Re: Eat Less Red Meat, Scientists Said. Now Some Believe That Was Bad Advice.
Humans have been eating wheat and corn for thousands of years with no problem. It's only been since the arrival of GMO grains that people have trouble digesting it. That's because the structure of the grains has changed and humans haven't developed the enzymes needed to digest them. What happens when the body can't digest something? It causes inflammation and ends up being stored as fat, which is why suddenly obesity is a problem even for people that don't eat a lot.
