Don't listen to these people. Listen to your body.

These are the same people who told others to throw away butter, and eat a near plastic instead. We know that near plastic was many times worse than butter. They also suggested saccharine over sugar, eating a crapton of carbs, said coffee was bad -- oh! now good ...... on it goes.

Your body will tell you what you need if you learn to listen.
